Once you've selected "ADD PLAYLIST" it will ask you for the Playlist Name, the Purpose, the Orientation, and whether this playlist is for Specific Studios ONLY or if it is a Corporate wide playlist that can be played at any location.

When you've completed creating your playlist, it will then open up the "MEDIA LIST" which displays all of the uploaded media that you have available under your permissions to view within StudioPlayer.

On the MEDIA LIST, you are able to search, sort, and filter by several different options to help you find your desired media file.

 

• Preview your desired media by clicking on the image or video thumbnails shown in the middle of the screen.
• Once you've found the media you would like to add to your playlist, simply drag and drop it over to the right side of the screen into the playlist builder.
• The playlist builder will allow you to set the duration and the order each media is played in by clicking on the name of the media in the playlist.
• Once your playlist has been correctly set, click "SAVE CHANGES" to save your playlist to the screen.
• Your new playlist is now available to be set as the "DEFAULT PLAYLIST" by clicking the Edit button on the SCREEN MANAGER page or you can add the playlist to a schedule to be played at specific times throughout the day.
