If you're not seeing the image or video you uploaded displayed at your studio, you may not have added the uploaded media to a specific playlist yet.

 

To do this, follow the steps below:

 

Open the Studio Manager for the location you wish to add your image or video

 

 

Select the screen you wish to add your image or video to:

 

 

 

Then select the playlist from the list that will appear. If no playlist has been created yet, click "Add Playlist"

 

 

 

Locate the image or video you uploaded from the Media List on the left. Once located, drag and drop that image or video over to the playlist on the right:

 

 

 

You can now change the length of time and the order of that image or video. Once completed, be sure to click the yellow "SAVE CHANGES" button at the bottom of the playlist so that your screen can be updated at your studio (please allow up to 15 minutes for the image to display on your screens. Times will vary depending on the size of the image or video).

 

 

 

 

If you can't find the media you uploaded, you can first check in the Media menu and search for the file name in the search bar.

 

 

 

If you cannot find the file make sure to filter your search settings to 'All'

 

 

 

If you cannot find the media you uploaded, please reupload your content. If the issue persists please reach out to support.
