When creating content for StudioPlayer, you will want to save/export your images or videos in the following dimensions before uploading to a playlist:

Landscape/Horizontal Images: 1920 x 1080

Portrait/Vertical Images: 1080 x 1920

Once you've created your image or video with those dimensions, proceed with uploading to a playlist as normal by following these steps below:

Open the Studio Manager for the location you wish to add your image or video

Select the screen you wish to add your image or video to:

Then select the playlist from the list that will appear. If no playlist has been created yet, click "Add Playlist"

Click on the 'UPLOAD FILE' button and find your media. Once selected and uploaded to the playlist manager, click and drag your newly uploaded media file over to the right and drop it in the desired playlist.

You can change the length of time and the order of that image or video. Once completed, be sure to click the yellow "SAVE CHANGES" button at the bottom of the playlist so that your screen can be updated at your studio (please allow up to 15 minutes for the image to display on your screens. Times will vary depending on the size of the image or video).

If you can't find the media you uploaded, you can first check in the Media menu and search for the file name in the search bar.

If you cannot find the file make sure to filter your search settings to 'All'

If you cannot find the media you uploaded, please reupload your content. If the issue persists please reach out to support.
